General Terms

1.1 Introduction and Acceptance

• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Evidence of multiple account creation.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on haji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Bank transfers may take additional processing time.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Currency

haji offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Important terms related to bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.
• The wagering multiplier is 15x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Specific games contribute differently toward wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.3 Other Promotions

haji offers various promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms and conditions may apply to each promotion, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Promotional offers may apply to each deposit made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

4.4 Bonus Misuse

haji enforces a strict policy against bonus misuse and fraudulent activity. If a member is found to have misused the bonus system, haji reserves the right to cancel their bonus and suspend their account.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

haji's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits may change at haji's discretion.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games operated on haji are run using fair technology. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Players have no way of knowing any result in advance.

6.2 Betting Limits and Rules

Separate betting limits are set for each game and market. haji reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Members are encouraged to play responsibly.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, haji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error will not be considered valid.
